My name is Steve Tamekuni and I'm a User Experience Engineer at IBM
currently working on the records management product IBM FileNet (FN) Records
Manager. I'm running a usability study on this product and need to find
suitable participants for the study. The goal of this study is to get some
feedback on FN Records Manager so that we can see where we need to focus our
usability efforts in the future. Test participants will be asked to do a
series of typical tasks that a Records Administrator/Records Manager would
be responsible for,.

For this study, we need individuals who have Records Management experience
(setting up file plans, disposition/retention schedules, moving records
within an

ERMS, etc) but who have not specifically worked with the FN Records Manager
administration client in the past.

The test sessions will be 2 to 2.5 hours long. Sessions can be done locally
(We're located at 555 Bailey Road. San Jose, CA) or remotely (Via
webconference and teleconference). Participants are compensated $75/hour for
their time. Participants are required to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements, as
they are representing themselves and not a company.

If you fit the criteria and are interested you should contact me ASAP via
email or phone. I am running this session the first two weeks of June, and
we can accommodate for any time of day (regardless of the time difference)

Thank you! Please let me know if you have any questions.
