Periodically the listserv suffers from computer dyspepsia. This happens

If you have your subscription set to receive an acknowledgement that your
posting was successful made you are fine. You can always check the listserv
archives, too, to see if you posting was distributed to the list.

If you have not received an acknowledgement or do not see your posting in
the listserv archives within a reasonable period of time then and only then
should you repost your message.
