This charge has shown up on our bill within the last year.  Apparently, as 
they move boxes around on the shelves if the boxes are in poor condition 
(ability to see contents without removing the lid according to my sales 
rep) they will rebox at a cost of the new box and labor.  For us that 
amount comes to about $9.00 per rebox.  We are also renegotiating our 
contract and will address this issue.  Our thoughts that they should 
advise us for approval before reboxing as the contents may be nearing 
destruction.  We'll see what they say to that.
