What is unnerving about this is that IM must specifically notify MetLife
whenever they deem a box to be replaced. How can they know that 300 boxes
will need to be replaced when I have not yet given them the list of the
boxes. That said, it appears that they are glossing over the details in
their contracts in the hopes that the client will not look carefully at
costs, or in a large company that the terms of the agreement would only be
known to a few.

The fact that they are deciding for themselves which boxes can be
replaced, destroying the original (which is the property of the client and
not IM), and then not being transparent about their process reeks of
charlatanism and desperation to increase revenue.
