I did an internet search and found it mentioned in the Boise Chapter
newsletter, along with the specific URL.  (now Boise will get all
big-headed and start to swagger :>)

In my opinion ARMA Int. should make it easier to find on their website.
  Even using the search function on their site did not bring results.
