I have noticed a few times in the past couple of months that the GARP shows up on the home page (Conference Registration in the main spot today) of ARMA's website.  Come to think of it, I actually learned of the adoption when I visited ARMA's small booth at the AIIM Expo in Philly.  There were one page GARP handouts at the booth, and I asked one of the ARMA staff (or was it Doug) who was there if it had been adopted and he told me it had been.  The GARP should have a prominent link from one of the categories on the navigation bar (top), or a plain link from the navigation on the left side of the ARMA home page!
