Larry, great post....

Gone are the days when RM lives in the basement.  I have done 
presentations in the past, encouraging fellow RM's to make their records 
program what it should be and where they want to take it. 

Gone are the days when we are reactive and now have become proactive in 
our approach.   Of course, there will always things that come along, but 
we do provide the tools for the organization to help manage information. 
And you're right....it's everybody's responsibilities....Can I say "Amen" 
brother....sorry for preaching!!
