This article is a shining example of why I've always liked Bud Porter-Roth.

Essentially he says what many of us have been saying for a long time, don't
throw a product at an under analyzed problem and call it a 'solution'.

Bud correctly points out that the simplicity of deploying M$ Sharepoint is
in part the largest problem with it- it's too easy for users to start making
independent decisions about how to configure it and before you know it,
you've compounded the problems you had to begin with.

This article makes for good talking points when your management is thinking
they've found 'the coolest thing since canned beer and sliced bread'
