Off hand, here are some questions which I would ask:

Do you find this session valuable? If not, why not?
Did you understand everything that was discussed today? If not, what do
you need clarification about?
Was the pace too fast, too slow or just right?
If we do this again, what would you like to discuss?
Any ideas on how to better promote records management initiatives within
this organization?

My recommendation would be to make it interactive. RM can be a dry topic
to some individuals, so try to make it fun. Use PowerPoint and hand out
copies of the presentation. Leaving blanks to fill in helps to promote
better listening skills.

Hope these help.
