Serious side, normally what ends up happening is someone will start to use it for business, fail to tell anyone, then it will come up on a serious litigation or regulatory review and the entire business world will be impacted. It comes down to what is your risk, is the return worth the risk and do you have proper policies or procedures as well as training for your personnel. Not all new tech is appropriate to a business, things like twitcher err twitter can be a great asset to a company trying to reach out to a specific demographic, wonder if the new tobacco law included twitter?
