Just one comment - many of us using Yahoo Groups did send a link to the
document in the file folder of Yahoo Group and not an attachment. The
recipient clicked on it and was presented with the document if they provided
their user id and password. Very quick, convenient, and no attachment - the
original remained in YG.

I 'respectfully' ask that you enumerate for us the reasons why using an
email tool such as YG is a horrible way to colloborate since with YG a
SINGLE email address is used for the sending of messages?
