Sherry, I think just about any records manager would agree with the
quote you have been using. The need for specific attribution strikes me
as being somewhat odd. Is the implication that, without specific
attribution, the quote is inaccurate? If I were to make a guess, I would
suggest checking with Dr. Mark Langemo, or Dr. William Saffady. The
quote is familiar to me as well, and I have attended both of these
gentlemen's excellent seminars in years past.
