Hugh, with all due respect, I think you're problem is with the first
point. Reasonable people can disagree on this, and have since the
founding of our country. Regarding the rest of your points, epitomized
by the next sentence, there is virtually nothing being seriously
proposed that says anyone is planning on doing this. In fact, my
research indicated considerable doubts and concerns about this approach
amongst medical professionals. Again, do not confuse what Google is
talking about, or what various blogs are discussing, with what is
actually being discussed in the federal stimulus package and by the
medical profession. You're setting up straw men and knocking them down.
