I'm not ready to do a comprehensive response to this thread but I will
reiterate what I have told some of you in person at ARMA chapter meetings:
Given the choice today of only one or the other between email and Twitter,
today I'd choose Twitter. It's almost spam-free (unless someone's account is
compromised - no different there from email) and the signal-to-noise ratio I
see is very high.
