Ian,

I completed the specialist stream of the AIIM ERM certificate, and found it
to be fairly rudimentary.  However, I completed my MLIS fairly recently - so
the information is still pretty fresh.  I suspect that the information would
more useful to those individuals working in RIM, who either have in-house
training, or are further into their career.
