As plain as it sounds, we call our policy group, "Policy and Procedure
Manual."

Granted it is a very simple title, it gets the point across without
having to explain what it is.  And, isn't that the general idea, to get
your point across with as few words as possible?

Looking forward to seeing MOST of you in October for the ARMA
conference!!
