Hi Lauren,

I am not a user of either one. That said, two quick points:
1. I do know quite a few people at SpringCM and I do a lot of ECM work - let
me know if I can provide any assistance.
2. I thought I'd heard that Salesforce.com was offering its own ECM solution
- something called Salesforce Content. I did a quick search of their site
and found these which may be helpful:

http://www.salesforce.com/assets/pdf/datasheets/DS_Content.pdf
http://www.salesforce.com/crm/sales-force-automation/content-management/

Respectfully submitted on behalf of myself and no other company,
organization, association, entity, or board of directors,

jesse
