Hello all:

I am working on a proposal to build the case to expand our existing 
training initiatives to include an interactive, online training course 
geared to all employees.  While I am focusing my arguments on increased 
awareness of RM related responsibilities, improved RM compliance and risk 
mitigation, I am wondering if anyone has any additional thoughts or would 
be willing to share their experiences with building a similar case.
