Hi, I'm Kat Sides with Lloyd, Gray & Whitehead, P.C. in Birmingham, AL. I 
started our program from scratch. The main key is to create the path of least 
resistance so that everyone gets, and then stays, compliant. Your plan seems 
very straightforward, but the devil is in the details. You really want to make 
sure that you keep the lines of communication open and encourage everyone 
to come to you with questions and problems. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING as you 
go along.
