A few real important notes throughout this article about the potential risks
and lack of controls in place presently to accommodate the regulatory and
privacy concerns of not only the US, but other Nations as well... and if a
US entity does business with one of these Nations, consideration should be
given to ensuring you're complying with their requirements for data managed
in this manner.

Not all doom and gloom, the writer still ultimately encourages organizations
consider the benefits of the cloud, but only after ensuring the RIM
requirements for the information assets are satisfied and a determination is
made of the risks as opposed to the benefits.
