One caution though - I don't know that the CMSWatch RM report has been
updated recently. I know the ECM report is about to be updated, and it
includes information on the records capabilities of many of the vendors
listed therein, but the actual RM report is pretty dated if I recall
correctly. I think a couple of them are on the list - perhaps they might
respond in more particulars; I will also cross-post to Twitter and see if
that elicits a response.

We found the CMS Watch RM Report to be helpful when we were first
investigating RM apps prior to going out with an RFP. We were only
considering DoD 5015 certified applications, and, while the report had
detailed info on some and minimal info on others, it was still well worth
the money for an "unbiased" assessment; we purchased the team license.

Another avenue would be the RM report from CMS Watch. Still not cheap but
I think a little closer to what you're asking for. Remember that using any
of these types of rating tools depend on the business requirements you
need in your particular instance. The rankings could change depending on
what's important to you
