engineering firm.  We archive to blu-ray, when there is too much data to
split up on DVDs, using Nero as our burning software.  I find Nero to be
klunky and uncooperative - is anyone else out there regularly burning to
blu-ray, and if so, what software are you using?"

My company uses the Nero software as well and it is on every Team Members' desktop.  I, too, find it very clunky to use.  As part of a project I am working on to record our broadcast and others for competitive intelligence purposes, I recently had the opportunity to install and begin using Roxio's Creator Business v10 DVD product.  It is much easier to use than Nero.  This is an older version of their Roxio Creator 2009 software that can be bought for under $100.  Here is the link to it on their website:

This software fully supports Blu-Ray as indicated in the Features tab.  I hope this helps.
