I can't recall if I've introduced myself, so just in case, here's a very
short introduction... I have some records management duties as part of
my position, which I've been in for a little over a year. I am not in
charge of any RM programs, but I do help to carry out policies
established by others. I have very little experience in RM, actually...
I primarily work as an archivist for a non-profit.

The background leading up to my question is this... Our main
"headquarters" has chosen a disaster recovery vendor and we are drafting
a document to notify all of the agencies under our wing that we've
chosen this vendor and that this is the vendor that everybody will need
to use from here on out... Does anyone have any examples of such
announcements? For any kind of vendors? Many of the units within our
organization operate quasi-independently, so I'm looking for a good way
to "break the news" so-to-speak. Feel free to contact me off-list with
examples.

Thanks,

-Brittany Parris
