Thanks Larry,
I have read this article. I too don't want to get into the good, bad, and ugly. Just want to know how we can capture the records which are needed to document the business we conduct on those sites.

Don't know if anyone has an answer but others know there's a problem
that needs to be addressed.

And a word of warning, this "news source" seems to have a lot of
politically charged and rather ill-informed readers who weren't
interested in commenting on the records aspect of this issue, only
the other aspects that have nothing to do with the content of the
article (from an RM perspective) so don't blame me for them, and I
personally wouldn't recommend reading them.
