My name is Eva Piorkowski and I am the Coordinator of the Professional 
Learning Centre, Faculty of Information, University of Toronto.

The PLC has a long established and very successful Records Management 
training program offered online and face-to face in two Canadian cities: 
Toronto and Ottawa. Currently the PLC offers two Records Management 
certificate programs in conjunction with ARMA chapters in Toronto and 
National Capital Region (Ottawa). The Professional Learning Certificate 
in Records Management Fundamentals and the Professional Learning 
Certificate in Records Management Practice are in compliance with ISO 
Standard 15489 and are designed to provide a solid foundation in the 
principles and practice of records management.
