It may not be your staff but rather the off-site storage vendor. I would
question what condition that box was in when they received it. It is
quite possible that the box in question is stored in the path of other
more actively retrieved boxes and must be constantly moved by them to
access the others. We have had this happen quite frequently with our
vendor who charges us to rebox because of their non-delicate handling. I
have noticed the delivery people grab boxes one handed and swing them up
and onto a hand-truck without any concern for the safety of the materials
or the box. Just My 2 Cents...
