Due to business expansion, Zasio Enterprises, Inc. has an immediate need
to fill one or more records management consultant positions.

Records Management Consultant

Due to business expansion, Zasio Enterprises, Inc. has an immediate need
to fill one or more records management consultant positions. Duties
include direct interface with clients to establish records retention
requirements, performing legal retention research and applying the
results to retention schedules, preparing a wide variety of client
reports and deliverables, and other aspects of retention schedule
development. Required computer skills include good working knowledge /
experience with standard MS Office applications, including MS Access.
The successful candidate must possess good people skills and reasonable
writing ability, as well as technical records management / retention
knowledge. Since the practice has clients throughout the United States,
some travel is required. Bachelor's degree is required; Master's in
information science is a plus. CRM preferred. Competitive salary and
benefits package offered.

 

Legal Researcher - Records Retention

Due to business expansion, Zasio Enterprises, Inc. has an immediate need
to fill one or more positions for a legal research specialist. The
research will be concentrated in various areas of recordkeeping /
records retention. The successful candidate must have a successful track
record of performing independent legal research using a variety of
electronic sources, summarizing the results in abstract format, and
preparing a variety of client research reports and deliverables. JD or
MLS is helpful but not required; paralegal research experience will also
be considered. Competitive salary and benefits package offered. 

 

International Legal Researcher

Due to business expansion, Zasio Enterprises, Inc. has an immediate need
to fill one or more positions for international legal research
specialists. Expertise in comparative law in EMEA and / or Asia-Pacific
is required. The research will be concentrated in various areas of
recordkeeping / records retention. The successful candidate must have a
successful track record of performing independent legal research in
multiple countries using a variety of electronic sources, with
translation capabilities for the non-English sites, summarizing the
results in abstract format, and preparing a variety of client research
reports and deliverables. JD or MLS is helpful but not required.
