Legal Records/File Clerk - Washington, DC

A government contractor is recruiting for a Legal Records Clerk to work
on-site at a federal agency.  The Legal Records Clerk is responsible for
retrieval and delivery of records, filing, data entry, purging files,
quality control of file contents, and customer service.  We are
searching for candidates with a minimum of six months of records
management experience, excellent computer skills and above average

Quality Assurance/Legal Database Analyst - Washington, DC

Our client, a large federal contractor, is seeking a Quality Control
Specialist for an opening on an existing contract.  This person will be
responsible for processing electronic data for two agency projects by
performing quality analysis using the Concordance program, assuring that
processed data meets the highest quality of standards, validating the
integrity of digital documents and reporting any inconsistencies to the
staff for correction.  Software used to ensure integrity of the analysis
include CD Tracker, IQA Tracker, UltraEdit, TextPad, and Opticon.
Requirements for the position include a minimum of a high school
diploma, experience working in a quality control role, experience
working with Concordance, good judgment, and strong verbal and written
communication skills.  Position is located in the Washington, DC metro

Senior Federal Records Managers - Top Salary!

A large government contractor is seeking a Records Manager for a
long-term contract.  The goals of the contract are to assess the current
state of document control, filing, and archiving procedures as well as
develop recommendations for document management procedures of the
organization.  This will include integrating best practice research into
recommendations for improvement to the electronic directory and central
filing system, information security, and the disposition schedule.
Requirements for this position include at least two years of experience
in archives or records management, experience working with file plans
and schedules, familiarity with NARA guidelines, and strong writing
skills as recommendations will be delivered in written format.  An
advanced degree in Records Management or a Master's in Library and
Information Science is preferred but experience can substitute.  This
