Hi Nolene,

The first question I think anyone here would have for you is, what does your company do and why does it have title and escrow records?  

Are they for properties your company owns?  Are you a law firm and these are client files?  Are you a bank who owns the note? ...

A little more info would be a big help to point you in the right direction!
