As I understand now, the Sharepoint it is the another Networking software, or interface, that has inside the Records management component as Microsoft understands it and that's it only
Don't be surprise if the Sharepoint sellers, if they are honest people, will tell you that you need to buy Special Records Management program, or some type of e-connector between your records management software and sharepoint.
By the way, Laserfiche every time introduces itself as the only company that was able to answer the "Ministry of National Defence" requirements.
