don't just look for federal regulations, look also to state laws and
regulations that your customer may be subject to. If there are no applicable
laws and regulations then it comes down to needs of the business as to
whether or not the materials are needed.

Now your main question ask about storage. Are you looking for regulations
that specify how the materials are to be stored e.g., must be stored in a
vault with x fire rating, or stored in fire-proof/fire resistant cabinets?
