Over my RIM lifetime I have had a number of managers, only one of which
truly understood what was involved in my job. In various discussions
revolving around training and education, one question seems to be raised
by all ? and it is one that I cannot answer. I am therefore seeking your
advice.

Accepting the fact that one cannot obtain a college/university degree in
RIM in North America, why would a degree in any other field hold more
weight than actual RIM work experience when attempting to acquire a CRM
designation?
