I am outlining a list of components for a program for ensuring staff compliance of an organization's RM program. Here is what I have come up with so far. Please feel free to add to the list, or flesh out existing points.
1. Management Directive issued at start of program, published and distributed.
2. The RM policies themselves, clearly written and communicated.
3. Training on the RM policies and practices, with sign-off sheets.
4. RM compliance audits.
