I recently found out there is a group looking into a company called 360 
Training for doing on-line training and testing.  Do any of you have 
experience with this company or know anything about it?  I have done some 
research on the internet, but would appreciate any feedback you may be 
able to provide.

Also, I am putting together a list of questions I want the company to 
answer addressing my concerns.  The questions I already have (over 12 so 
far) relate to retention / disposition of our information, Legal Holds, 
ownership of the information, their policies and procedures dealing with 
authenticity of information and their audit processes of them, their 
process for protection of the information, etc.  Again, I would appreciate 
any feedback you may have in this area.
