Serves as the senior subject-matter and technical expert for the records and
information management program. Serves as FHFA's Records Officer for the
purpose of point of contact with the National Archives and Records
Administration (NARA). Provides senior level expertise, guidance, and
training to employees and contractors on the most complex records and
information management issues. Independently develops records training
materials for employees and contractors. Performs a range of duties to
administer and implement the records and information management program
including developing policies, procedures, and guidelines for the storage,
retrieval, and maintenance of records and other documents. Provides advice
and guidance on technical and policy issues related to records and
information management.
