Sr. Records Management position

Job Function and Key Duties & Responsibilities
o Responsible for assisting Business units/Departments to ensure 
consistency and compliance with the enterprise-wide definition of records 
and record types

o Assists Corporate Records Management with directives provided to the 
business areas to define requirements for all enterprise records 
management applications and tools, encompassing all record types, storage 
media and retention schedules

o Assists with the development and delivery of records management related 
training

o Coordinates departmental records management and retention 
interdependencies

o Provides internal consulting support to business and functional areas as 
needed

o Participates in the Records Management Policy Group

o Participates in Departmental Records Management Coordinators Group

o Provides support and assistance as needed to the rest of BRD

o Provides assistance and support with the day-to-day operations of the 
Business Resilience Department - Records Management division

o Provides assistance and support, and may lead Records Management related 
projects as needed

Required Qualifications
o College graduate preferred and minimum of five years of related business 
experience with at least three years in Records Management. 
o Strong technical experience, including knowledge and experience with the 
concepts and processes used for Records Management and project management 
skills 
o Experience with any of the following:
-design and audit of records retention schedules
-vital records program
-records management program governance
-document imaging and management
-departmental records responsibility
o Good organizational skills, detail oriented and able to handle multiple 
assignments simultaneously.
o Strong written and oral communication skills.
o Presentation skills
