Records Manager - Washington, DC Area
Lead the corporate records and document management program and ensure
that it is compliant with all regulatory agencies. Manage the total life
cycle of the organizations records, both paper and electronic. Create,
maintain, and train regarding corporate records policies, procedures,
and record retention. This position requires the Records Manager is to
possess a complete understanding and application of Records and
Information Management (RIM) principles, concepts, practices, and
standards, and be knowledgeable of industry practices. Qualified
individuals should have experience as a Records Manager or Document
Management Supervisor. Individuals will also have to have excellent
interpersonal, management, and organizational abilities; demonstrated
ability to operate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Qualified candidates must have a college degree, CRM or equivalent
industry experience; 2 years of supervisory experience; 5 years of
archive, records management, document management and regulatory filing
