With what argument? There would be no benefit whatsoever to
them. With the ACA they get the journal. With SAA they get the
journal and big discounts on publications in their reading lists.
With ARMA, what would they get? But, if ARMA starts a scholarly
journal, like the ACA and the SAA, then I can indicate that as a benefit.
