Today front page newspaper had an article about how Executive3s now  
have Clawback agreements in their contract that pull back bonuses,  
stock options and such for failure to perform and Ta  
Dah ..........."Poor Recordkeeping."

Time to see the boss about setting up his personal recordskeeping  
program........

Peter can provide the links, I never know how to do that. It was from  
Bloomberg News titled "Spending Bonus Cash becomes very risky."
