Recently I was informed of the passing of someone I considered to be a
friend and professional mentor. That individual was Alan Andolsen CMC CRM
and president of Naremco Services. Al passed away on January 24th.

I always looked forward to the ARMA conferences as I could catch up with him
there. I always glad to see an email from him in my inbox as they were a
delight to read. His sessions were well attended at the conferences and they
were the only ones where I wanted to sit up front. I always learned
something new
