I would suggest that you immediately open a dialog with the offsite  
storage vendor.  Too many people fail to communicate and that is just  
not good business. Many of the offsite storage companies will look at  
the opportunity of gaining the new law firm as an opportunity and for  
that opportunity, you can keep them relaxed while you work through the  
details.

I also think alerting the Trustee to the necessity of making payment  
for these services one of the key invoices that must be paid or the  
entire survival of the remaining entity will be at risk.

Too often in bankruptcy, people use the "no news concept" and that  
just means you have no control over what is likely to occur.  The  
client files are critical to the clients ongoing rights and should be  
preserved. (Not RM advice, Christian advice.)
