Greeetings from New York's Capital Region.

I'm replacing a shredder and want to ensure that my new shredder is HIPAA compliant. Is there a DIN security level that is required for HIPAA paper document destruction? My gut tells me that it is level 5, but for cost purposes I'm hoping for level 3 or 4.
