Motorola makes a couple of these devices, but they are pretty pricey.

Disclaimer: I work for Motorola.

If you're searching online, it is probably best to search for RFID devices first, then see if bar code scanning is a feature. Keep in mind that most of these devices will require some effort to code and integrate into your operations. While you can typically buy these devices from the manufacturer, you often need to work with the manufacturer's partner to integrate the device into the systems that you have. The Motorola devices are wi-fi enabled and also run the Windows Mobile OS. When you look at these devices, also be sure to check the bar code and RFID compatibility of the device. Give consideration to both your current and future needs (i.e. 1D versus 2D bar codes).
