As a former university archivist and records manager, this is a new one
for me. Course records such as syllabi, descriptions, etc. are permanent
and archival where I worked. Determining obsolescence is not clear. Have
you reached out to the records manager at the University of Georgia's
Hargrett Rare Book-Manuscript Library? Maybe they've already dealt with
this issue?
