After Nick's request last week, I offered the ARMA International Education Foundation a list of RIM related standards and guidelines I compiled two years ago.  I am not sure if or when they may publish it, since it needs updating.  However, it is not a fully comprehensive listing, since some RIM-related standards are very industry or technology specific.  I will let the list know is the AIEF decides to publish the listing.
