TRAK Records and Library is recruiting for a Records Coordinator for the
DC office of a prominent national law firm.  This is your opportunity to
take your records management career to the next level and be part of a
dedicated team that is valued for their integral role in the successful
operation of the firm.  In this role, you would be responsible for
contributing to the daily operation of the records department including
file creation, retention, and circulation, management and auditing of
active and inactive records.  Additional and unique responsibilities
will include coordinating and executing projects, making operational
improvement suggestions to the records manager, training and mentoring
newer, less experienced records staff, and providing subject-matter
expertise to firm staff as needed.   

 

We are seeking candidates with at least two years of experience working
in a legal records management capacity using a records management
software such as LegalKEY or Filesurf.  Ideal candidates will be mature,
have natural leadership abilities, take initiative regularly to
continually improve operations and service, and have a strong eye for
detail and exceptional customer-service skills.  If you are looking for
