Hi, my name is Jennifer Watters Farley, located in NYC. I have been a
subscriber to the list for a while but just recently started regularly
reading the digests. What a wonderful resource. I am a CRM candidate
with just Part 6 left to pass so the recent flurry of information on
that topic has been great! I've been in law firm RM for 16 years,
worked my way up the food chain to my current position as a Records
Supervisor. When I started in RM as part-time clerk back in '94  I had
no idea I would find myself in this industry so many years later.
