Hello -

My name is Todd Johnson and I recently changed employers and went from doing
records and information management for a consumer products company, to doing
RM for a natural
gas pipeline company. Most of the issues at the pipeline company are similar
to
those I've faced at previous companies, however, I'm looking for any
resources
from those in the energy/pipeline sector that might help me better
understand
best practices when it comes to dealing with RIM in this industry.
