first of all go to the ARMA website and download the competencies
document
http://www.arma.org/competencies/document.cfm

second go to the ARMA bookstore and purchase a copy of Job Descriptions
for
Records and Information Management. it is based upon the competencies

third search the listserv archives for Job Postings

and finally congratulations!
