Hello,



I recently switched employers and now work at an interstate gas pipeline
company. I am preparing for a presentation to the officers of the company on
Sept. 20.  I was told that presentations over the last few years have
awakened them to the risks of not complying with records management
requirements. In order to keep the pressure up, I want to provide 3-4 "real
world" examples that show the penalties courts and government agencies
are  handing
out for non-compliance. I realize Peter exhaustively posts examples of
non-compliance to the listserv, but I would like to get the groups thoughts
on any favorites they might have or that have been particularly useful in
driving the point home.
